Service Description

Water park attraction with slide climbing wall, net and basketball hoop! You will need a water source and level ground 16'L X 14'W X 8'H During the summer months, all deliveries take place between 9am-11am depending on number of deliveries, this time frame may be earlier. Since we are a family company, we try and allocated our rental times between 9am-8pm. Your 5 hours of rental time include, 30 minutes setup, 4 hours of jump time, and 30 minutes of cleanup. Our company uses our own tarps, extension cords and when needed, our own generator may be rented. It is the renter's responsibility to make sure we have the required minimum space as a clear path from the unloading to setup area.

Cancellation Policy

When you reserve items for your event, it takes it out of our inventory for others to rent. We also pre-stage your items, schedule routing of our drivers for your day, and have several pre-event activities to complete when your reservation is made. As such, if you cancel for any reason, we will refund everything but your deposit (25% of the total rental cost). In the event of large-scale weather surprises, we will work together to allow, up to one reschedules. We understand we are in Alaska and mother nature and life happens. All that we ask is that you let us 72 hours prior if something changes.
