Summer Bounce House Associate

Location: Client Selected Venues, Anchorage and occasionally Eagle River

Hours: Seasonal, 20-30 hours per week, primarily weekends

Pay Rate: $15-$20 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bounce House Associate. This position involves assisting with the set-up and breakdown of bounce houses and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. Training will be provided, and applicants must be at least 17 years old with their own reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the setup and takedown of bounce houses at various locations.
Ensure that all equipment is properly installed and secured according to safety guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
When necessary, monitor bounce house activities to ensure the safety of all participants.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Must be at least 17 years old.
Reliable transportation is required.
Ability to work weekends and occasional weekdays as needed.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Help unload and load heavy equipment from vehicles, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
A willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
